"Avoid this company: Customer service is non-existent"
I placed an order on 10/28 for a couple of hi-vis jackets. The first one, which was made in Ireland, showed up in roughly two weeks. But guess what? It turned out to be a women's jacket since the zipper pull was on the left side. So, that one got sent back.
Now, I'm still waiting on the jacket that was supposed to come from the USA. They don’t have a direct number to reach them; it’s all through an answering service.
Seriously, steer clear of this company unless you’re looking for a real headache.
